How to request a refund
Email us at with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours.
Digital products
Our products are digital MP3 files. Once personalized stories have been delivered to your email, refunds are issued at our discretion. If there is an error with your child's name or a technical issue, we will always resolve it immediately at no cost.
When you will get your money back
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
